I’ve written a couple of articles on M5Stack, the most recent being a re-look at the M5Stack Core 2 now that it is supported by Tasmota – and I’m hoping soon by ESPHOME. I got as far as putting my own little Tasmota-based display on the Core2 in a previous blog – I’m hoping soon when ESPHOME supports it to gain access to the touch screen. Today I’ll briefly mention the new, waterproof M5Stack Tough kit – in essence a beefed-up CORE2 – and I mean beefed-up to industrial level. See the top photo set.
I also have here several other goodies including the Atom Switch.D – which uses the tiny Atom and surrounds it with a beefy 2-relay unit including RS485 for industrial use.
I also have the M5Stack SH1107 1.3″ OLED Unit and an Atom Matrix display. All of these will no doubt get a good workout in time – right now I’m on travel-planning duty so this is just a quick look.
Update: I just realised I have the M5 TailBat – and what it is for:-) This tiny unit is USB-C rechargeable, has an internal battery and can be used to power the M5Atom and is compatible with the M5Stick, M5StickC, M5StickV, and M5Camera. It has a 190maH battery.
This tiny unit has an ON-OFF button and red LED on the back.
